Lorelei Williams
Past Women's Coordinator

Lorelei was the original Women's Coordinator and grew to become a powerful advocate for the families of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. She continues this work through Butterflies In Spirit, the dance group she founded in memory of her aunt, Belinda Williams and her cousin, Tanya Holyk.

Norm Leech
Executive Director

Norm has been the Executive Director for the Vancouver Aboriginal Community Policing Centre since May 2016. He is from T’it’q’et, a St’at’imc Nation community which surrounds the town of Lillooet.


Michael Jacko
Youth Coordinator

Michael is Anishnaabe (Odawa/“Ottawa” Nation) from Wikwemikong, Manitoulin Island, Ontario. He is the Youth Coordinator at VACPC, working mainly with youth at the silkscreen studio at 402-268 Keefer St.. Michael grew up dealing with many of the same social issues (addiction, poverty, violence, etc.) found in urban Indigenous communities today and as a result, he became interested in finding holistic and spiritual ways of addressing them.
