RCMP in Prince George B.C are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing youth. 15-year-old Brandy Lee FELIX

Police are concerned for the safety of 15-year-old Brandy Lee FELIX is a resident of Prince George who has not returned to

her home since September 18th. Although Brandy has been spotted several times in the City since September 18th, police would like to locate and speak with her in order to ensure she is safe.

Brandy is described as: First Nations female, 5’4″, 141 lbs with Brown eyes and long dark hair.

McCormick is described as:  a 13 year-old Caucasian female  with fair complexion  a Thin build  5’5 tall and 110 pounds  with brown eyes with dyed blonde hair and blue bangs.

Convicted child sex offender and former teacher Christopher Neil will be released from custody under strict condition imposed by a B.C. judge in Richmond today.

Neil served five years in a Thai prison for sexually abusing two boys. He was arrested by the RCMP upon his arrival at YVR under a section of the Criminal Code will allows the court to place conditions on the release of people deemed likely to sexually assault children.

He has not been charged in Canada, but on Wednesday the judge in the case ruled the 37-year-old former Maple Ridge resident will be subject to 12 conditions for a period of 18 months when he is released.

The conditions include:

• No contact with anyone under the age of 16.
• No access to the internet by computer or phone.
• No access to school grounds or anywhere children might be expected to be found.
• Surrender of his travel documents.

The Crown asked for the conditions to be in place for up to two years, but Neil’s lawyer argued for a shorter term of one year.

Arrested upon return

Neil is not facing any charges in Canada, but it is possible he could face future charges under Canada’s sex tourism laws for other incidents international authorities allege to have taken place in Cambodia and Vietnam.

Christopher Neil was the subject of a massive international manhunt after police used computers to unscramble a digital image of his face he had posted online. (Interpol )

The Vancouver Police Department believes that compelling circumstances exist requiring the Department to warn the public that Denis Joseph Fabas poses a risk of significant harm to the safety of female children and young women in the City of Vancouver.

Fabas was released from federal prison on September 13, 2012, and has recently moved to the City of Vancouver.

While in custody, Fabas was assessed as a moderate to high risk for re-offend sexually and he was held until the expiry of his sentence. Fabas’ criminal record began in 1977 and  he has 11 adult convictions on his record. He is a first-time federal offender and  had been serving a six-year sentence for a sex assault. Fabas completed his full sentence in custody and has entered into a Sec. 810.1 Peace Bond with several conditions.

Fabas is 56 years old, 5’2″ tall, 139 lbs., bald, and has blue eyes. He has tattoos on his left forearm of a dragon, on his left upper arm of “Sex 10% off” and on his right forearm of a partial dragon.

Fabas must abide by the following conditions:

• immediately advise probation officer of any close, intimate relationship with a female and to refrain from continuing with that relationship until the female is made aware of his criminal record

• not to attend a public park, public swimming pool, daycare centre, school ground, playground or area where persons under the age of 16 years are present

• no contact with anyone under the age of 16

• not to consume or possess alcohol or any controlled substances as listed in the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act

• not to enter any establishment where alcohol is the primary commodity of sale

Anyone witnessing Denis Fabas in violation of any of these conditions is asked to contact their local police department immediately

Surrey RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a wanted person.

Jeremy Lee VOAKES is currently wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Sexual Assault with a Weapon and Unlawful Confinement. Investigators believe he is currently avoiding apprehension in the Metro Vancouver region.

VOAKES is described as a 25 year old Caucasian male, 6’0 tall, 166 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes, and a tattoo of a Celtic design on his right forearm.

Please do not attempt to contact, approach, or apprehend this individual on your own.

Vancouver Police need the public’s help to help find a man wanted on charges related to a violent assault. Pedro Perez-Garrido, 46, of Vancouver, is wanted in connection with a violent assault on a 29 year old woman on June 28th.

Shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 28th, Perez-Garrido is alleged to have violently attacked a woman inside the West Pub located in the 400 Carrall St, slashing her in the face, neck, and arm with a knife. Perez-Garrido ran from the pub and has not been located. The victim was rushed to hospital and is now recovering.

Pedro Perez-Garrido is Hispanic, 6’1″ tall, and 180 lbs. He has short salt and pepper-coloured hair, brown eyes and tattoos of a Virgin Mary on his back, a sword in a heart on his chest, and a flower on his left calf.

Perez-Garrido is wanted on a warrant for aggravated assault and breach of probation. He is known to police and often frequents the Downtown Eastside. Perez-Garrido and the victim have had a relationship in the past and the attack is not random.

Anyone who sees Pedro Perez-Garrido is to call 9-1-1 immediately.  DO NOT APPOACH HIM.

Alfred Peter SASSIN

The Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing elderly man who has not been seen since July 9th.

Description: Mr. Sassin is a white male, 79 years old, 5′ 08″ tall and weighs 155 lbs with white hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. Mr. Sassin often wears jeans and a collared casual shirt.

Alfred Peter Sassin has not been since he left his home in downtown Vancouver on July 9th. Mr. Sassin’s absence was reported to police on July 16th.

Mr. Sassin keeps to himself, travels on transit and spends his days at the Vancouver Public Library and various other locations downtown. Mr. Sassin speaks both English and German. Mr. Sassin has no known health concerns that police are aware of.

Friends say that Sassin’s departure is unlike him and police are growing concerned for his safety as he has now missed an important appointment.

Area searches by police around his home as well as checks of public transit, other Metro Vancouver police agencies, taxi companies, and local hospitals, have failed to turn up any sign of Mr. Sassin.

Anyone who sees Alfred Sassin is asked to contact 9-1-1 immediately.
